- 25+ years qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (General Practice).
- Approaching 20 years as Chartered Arbitrator (FCIArb).
- RICS Accredited Mediator (approaching 10 years).
- Extensive experience as Expert Witness (in “Diminution in Value”/S18/S65, and Part II (Lease Renewal) cases in particular. Highly regarded reputation and strong track record of success in preparing, and performing under vociferous cross examination of, expert (Part 35 compliant) witness reports in respect of all genres of commercial and leisure properties.

Neil Burridge
- Bachelor of Science Degree Planning & Property Development (2:1).
- Over 15 years’ experience in professional and agency matters relating to commercial property throughout the UK and Ireland representing a range of corporate and private clients, investors and developers.
- Extensive litigation experience, including cross-examination as a valuation expert witness in complex commercial property related court proceedings, most recently in Waynes Foods -v- Criterion Estates.
- Regularly invited to contribute at seminars on valuations pursuant to dilapidations, business tenancy renewal and rent review. Examples include - guest speaker at the St Ives Chambers Annual Property Conference and expert panellist at the Midlands Junior Property Litigation Association Dilapidations Event.
